The Booking & Usage Guidelines ensure fair access and a smooth experience for everyone using Fitness Blocks. Whether you're booking a private pod within your community or a public pod, these guidelines outline how to reserve, use, and manage your workout sessions efficiently.
Booking Limits
To maintain availability for all users, booking limits vary depending on pod type:
- Private Pods (Residents Only):
- Booking limits are set on a case-by-case basis by each property.
- Check the app for your community’s specific booking limits.
- Only one active booking per user is allowed at a time to prevent overlapping reservations.
- Public Pods (Open to Everyone):
- No weekly booking limit; users can book as many available slots as they wish.
- Public pods operate on a pay-per-session basis unless you have resident access perks.
Session Times
Fitness Blocks offers flexible booking options designed for convenience:
- 1-Hour Slots Only: Every session is booked for 60 minutes.
- Buffer Times: There is a 5-minute buffer at the start and end of each session to allow users to enter and exit comfortably.
To maximize availability, users are encouraged to cancel unused bookings as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens! If you can’t make your session, here’s how cancellations work:
- Penalty-Free Cancellations: Cancel your session at least 2 hours before the start time to avoid penalties.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 2 hours of your booking, it will count toward your booking limit.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a booking without cancellation may result in a temporary booking restriction to ensure fair access for all users.
