While Fitness Blocks conducts regular professional cleaning, users play an essential role in keeping pods ready for the next booking.
Before and After Use
To maintain a hygienic environment for all users, please follow these steps before and after your session:
- Before Your Workout:
- Inspect the pod to ensure the equipment and amenities are in proper condition.
- If you notice any issues, report them immediately using the Issue Reporting feature in the Fitness Blocks app.
- After Your Workout:
- Wipe down all equipment using the provided sanitizing wipes or spray.
- Return equipment to its original position.
- Remove any personal belongings and trash before exiting.
Note: Failure to leave the pod in good condition may result in booking restrictions or additional cleaning fees, depending on the pod type (private or public).
Pod Condition
Maintaining pod functionality and safety is a shared responsibility. If you notice any damage or malfunctioning equipment during your session:
- Report Immediately:
- Use the Issue Reporting feature in the Fitness Blocks app.
- Provide a brief description of the issue and, if possible, attach a photo.
- Follow-Up:
- Fitness Blocks will prioritize the repair based on the severity of the issue.
- Users will be notified once the issue is resolved and the pod is safe for use.

- Broken or malfunctioning equipment
- HVAC (AC/Heating) issues
- Lighting or smart glass malfunctions
- Damage to walls, floors, or pod structure
