Getting Started
Fitness Blocks makes it easy to book, access, and enjoy your workout session. Here’s how to get started:
- Booking a Pod:
- Open the Fitness Blocks app and log in.
- Go to the "Book a Pod" section.
- Choose your preferred pod type (Strength, Yoga, Cardio, etc.).
- Select an available time slot and confirm your booking.
- Checking Availability:
- Availability is displayed in real-time within the app.
- If a pod is booked, you can set an alert to notify you when it becomes available.
- Canceling Bookings:
- You can cancel your session without penalty up to 2 hours before the booking time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a temporary booking restriction.
Booking Policies
To ensure everyone has fair access, please follow these booking guidelines:
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be canceled.
- Cancellations: Cancel at least 2 hours before your session to avoid penalties.
- Invitee Policy: You can invite one guest per session. Guests must sign a waiver in the app before accessing the pod.
Fitness Blocks Access
Fitness Blocks pods are controlled by the tap-to-unlock system, providing seamless access with your smartphone.
- Enabling Access:
- Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
- Open the Fitness Blocks app and navigate to “My Bookings.”
- Tap the “Unlock” button when you arrive at your scheduled session.
- During Your Session:
- The pod will remain locked to others during your session.
- If you need to exit and re-enter, use the app to unlock the door again.
- Ending Your Session:
- Your access will automatically expire at the end of your booking.
- Please leave the pod clean and ready for the next user.
